I was struggling to come up with a clever name for this post to adequately (and eloquently) represent this wonderful family who live on the Naval Base in Bremerton, WA. Unfortunately, the only thing that came to (and wouldn’t leave) my mind was, “In the Navy” by the Village People. Clearly this family has nothing to do with cops with furry mustaches construction workers with mirrored glasses. Nope. But here I sit. I was so lucky to be able to do Lena’s (their first born) new born photos, then her first year cake smash and now little Gerhardt Branden. What a little prince! He was so good and strangely…was more content being outdoors than staying inside where was warm and toasty. I have enjoyed seeing Lena grow into a sweet, little girl and the family become closer. She is so excited to be a big sister and I have no doubt she will earn her stripes (and sail the 7 seas). Okay..that was bad.
